within B/103, and prepare an area for (10) pieces of equipment to be relocated
from B/182.

B/103 - Vacate Fast Shop for MSD
The major issue of this project was the fast and critical construction
schedule. The scope of the
project was to relocate an existing machine shop from a leased building
to B/103 with minimal
down time. This project had to resolve the issue that B/103 was a non-complying
building. The
City required this project to submit a Master Plan for the removal of
the excessive corrosive material
prior to issuance of the building permit for this project.
